Homemade Exfoliating Scrub for Smooth skin

For exfoliating take coffee, rice flour, coconut oil & ½ tablespoon of turmeric mix them well together & apply on your Hands, Neck & Legs.

  • 2 spoon rice flour
  • 1 and ½ spoon coffee
  • 3 spoon oil
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric powder

Oatmeal & Yogurt Scrub

  • ½ cup ground oats
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Sugar & Honey Scrub

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • Cracked Heel Treatment – Apply 1 tablespoon coconut oil mixed with 1 teaspoon glycerin before bedtime and wear socks.
  • Hand Softening Mask – Mix 1 tablespoon oatmeal, 1 teaspoon honey, and 2 teaspoon milk and leave on your hands for 10 minutes and then, wash your Hands with normal water.

TAN REMOVE FROM HAND AND FOOT

Add coffee, milk , rice flour, flax seed powder and turmeric then scrub your hands, legs, and neck gently.

If you don’t feel any kind of irritation, itching, redness or swelling, burning, or rashes at your hands back then, do a second time patch test in which you have to take the small amount of any home made remedy you have made or the remedies mentioned above with the help of two fingers and apply on your neck side very little for five minutes if you feel any kind of irritation, itching, redness, burning, or rashes at your neck side where you apply any Home made remedy you have made or the remedies mentioned above wash that area immediately.

But if you don’t feel any kind of irritation, itching, redness, burning, or rashes at your neck where you apply any home made remedy you have made or the remedies mentioned above then you can apply any Home made remedy you have made or the remedies mentioned above on your body.
